Please read these terms carefully before accessing our website or purchasing stage equipment from BravoStage.
Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bravostage.com ("Website") and any purchase of products, including but not limited to aluminum trusses, stages, hoists, and accessories ("Products"), from BravoStage Co., Ltd. ("BravoStage", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By accessing our site, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you ("Buyer", "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply exclusively to Business-to-Business (B2B) transactions.
Definitions
- "Professional Use" Means the use of Products in commercial, industrial, or entertainment environments by qualified personnel, excluding consumer or residential use.
- "Products" Refers to goods manufactured or supplied by BravoStage, including custom OEM/ODM items, trusses, stages, barriers, and hoists.
- "Order" A confirmed purchase agreement validated by a Proforma Invoice (PI) signed by both parties or a confirmed Alibaba Trade Assurance record.
Product Use & Safety Disclaimer
Professional Application Only
All BravoStage products are engineered strictly for professional staging, event production, and industrial applications. They are not intended for general consumer use.
The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the safe deployment of the Products. By purchasing, the Buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
- Structural Engineering: Load charts and technical data provided on this website are for reference only. Final structural calculations must be validated by a qualified structural engineer based on the specific configuration and environmental conditions (e.g., wind load, ground stability).
- Local Compliance: The Buyer is solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local safety regulations, building codes, and standards (e.g., EN 1090, OSHA, ANSI, TUV) applicable in the destination country.
- Qualified Personnel: Assembly, rigging, and operation must be performed by certified and experienced professionals.
- Liability: BravoStage shall not be held liable for any injury, property damage, or financial loss resulting from improper installation, overloading, negligence, or failure to perform regular maintenance inspections.
Ordering & Payment
Quotations: All price quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Prices are quoted in USD (United States Dollars) and are exclusive of shipping, insurance, and taxes unless explicitly stated.
Payment Terms:
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% to 50% is required to initiate production.
- Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipment or upon presentation of the Bill of Lading (B/L) copy, depending on agreed terms.
- Methods: We accept T/T (Bank Wire Transfer), Irrevocable L/C (Letter of Credit) for qualified orders, and Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Changes & Cancellations: Orders for custom OEM/ODM products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced. Changes to specifications after order confirmation may incur additional costs and delays.
Shipping & Delivery
Incoterms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are FOB Shenzhen/Guangzhou (Free on Board). Risk of loss or damage to the Products transfers to the Buyer once the goods pass the ship's rail at the port of shipment.
Import Duties
The Buyer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and obtaining necessary import licenses in the destination country.
*BravoStage is not liable for delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to port congestion, customs inspections, strikes, or natural disasters.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to CAD drawings, product designs, images, logos, and technical documentation, is the exclusive property of BravoStage Co., Ltd. or its licensors.
The Buyer agrees not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or manufacture molds based on BravoStage products without authorization.
- Use BravoStage trademarks (BRAVOSTAGE, BRAVOTRUSS, Coreat) without express written permission.
- Distribute our technical drawings to third-party manufacturers.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall BravoStage be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or event cancellation costs, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or any Order shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) in Shenzhen for arbitration, which shall be conducted in accordance with the CIETAC's arbitration rules in effect at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitral award is final and binding upon both parties.
